Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of order to dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number when your order is fulfilled.
Shipping Information
OHMINME offers free shipping in Australia on orders over $150.
Deliveries within Australia are made with Sendle, or Australia Post if you live in a rural area.
Standard (2-8 days): Flat rate of $10 or free of charge for orders over $150
Express (1-4 days): from $15
Please note, Sendle cannot deliver to Australia Post owned properties, such as post offices, PO boxes, or parcel collect locations. A physical street address is required for all Sendle deliveries within Australia.
Deliveries outside Australia include tracking info for your peace of mind. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and delivery typically takes 8-10 days to New Zealand, and 10-14 days to the rest of world.

If you want to take advantage of our free shipping offer and want your order to be delivered in time for Christmas, please place your order by the standard cut-off date.
Free shipping includes standard shipping only (you may upgrade to express shipping at checkout). Orders placed after these dates may not arrive in time for Christmas Day.
Please note, we ship orders out using our shipping carrier's guidelines (Sendle, Australia Post, etc). International deliveries may be affected by factors outside of their control, like customs delays, overseas postal disruptions, and COVID-19 restrictions in other countries. In the event of such issues, we will do everything we can to work with these shipping carriers and help you get your parcel as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
We understand that shopping online for your furry friend can be tricky! If your item was not quite right, please email us within 7 days of the order being delivered. Don't forget to include your order number, and any details of the item/s you wish to return.
You are welcome to return your item for a store credit. Store credits expire within 24 months, and can be used on any item/s in our store. Once your return is approved, we will send a full store credit to you via email. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- We do not offer refunds for custom made (including personalised) items, clearance or discounted sale items. All custom made and sale items are final unless defective or faulty.
- All return items must be in original/unworn/unused/unwashed condition.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges but you are most welcome to place an order for the correct size/colour/style.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service as we can not take responsibility for returns that are lost during transit.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do what we can to make it right!
Customs & Duty Charges
Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes (including VAT). Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region. OHMINME is not responsible for any delays, charges or issues that arise from shipping outside Australia.
Billing
The product prices featured on our website are displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD). You may change the currency to browse our website, however your order may still be finalised and displayed in AUD.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you are in Australia, we also happily accept direct deposit to our bank account.
Only one discount code can be used per transaction and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout.
We like to make our products in super small batches, and sometimes we even make them just for you! Please allow us 3-5 working days from the date of your order to get it ready for the post office. Oh, and keep an eye out for an email with a tracking number so you can follow your goodies as they travel all the way to your doorstep!
We totally understand the universal dislike for shipping fees (anyone else ever abandon their dreamy shopping basket because of a not-so-nice surprise at checkout? 🙋🏼♀️). That’s why we’ve made it super easy for you by offering a flat fee, so you can pamper your furry friend without worrying about any hidden costs when it's time to hit that checkout button. Plus, when you spend over a certain amount - shipping is on the house! 🎉

Under A$250 the cost is A$25

Our free shipping offer includes standard shipping. At checkout, you have the option to upgrade to express service for a small additional fee (that's $5 for AUS, and A$20 for everywhere else).
All orders come with tracking info so you can keep an eye on things.
CHANGE OF MIND OR WRONG SIZE
I ordered the wrong size, can I return it?
If the product you received isn't quite right, worry not! Whether it's the wrong size or that colour just didn't tickle your fancy, we are happy to offer you a store credit. Your store credit is valid for 12 months, and can be used towards the purchase of any item/s in our online store.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email hello@ohminme.com within 14 days of having received the item/s.
2. The item/s must be returned unworn or unused in new condition.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a gift voucher via email with the value of your original order value, excluding shipping cost.
Kindly note, we do not offer return labels, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service as we can not take responsibility for returns that are lost during transit.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note, all custom made, personalised, and sale items are final unless the item is found to be defective or develops a fault within its warranty time period.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
DEFECT / FAULTY ITEMS
My item is faulty, what do I do?
We are so sorry about this! Let's get this resolved as quickly as possible. Please reach out to hello@ohminme.com and make sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the fault.
All our products are covered by the consumer guarantees. We guarantee that the products we sell are free from defects in workmanship and materials, of merchantable quality, and fit for their intended purpose. This warranty is valid for three months (90 days) from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we are not liable to replace or refund for faults.
Please note that the warranty is voided if the item/s are damaged as a result of use, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This includes, but is not limited to:
1. Damage caused by pets chewing the item/s.
2. Damage caused by exposure to seawater.

If you reside outside Australia, it is possible that customs or import taxes (including VAT) may apply. Reach out to your local customs office for more information on the taxes and duties specific to your area.
