How to personalise your tag
We can engrave a maximum of 8 characters (including space) for one name on the front, and up to 10 digits for one phone number on the back. All standard and special characters (no emojis) are allowed, and will be engraved in uppercase letters.
How to order:
- Choose a size – Small or Large, depending on your dog’s size or preference.
- Add your engraving – Enter your dog’s name (up to 8 characters) and your phone number (up to 10 digits) in the text boxes provided.
- Double-check your details – All letters will be engraved in uppercase.
- Add to basket – Once you're happy, pop it in your shopping basket and head to checkout.
- Keep an eye on your inbox – We’ll send a confirmation once your order is received, and another once your tag is on its way!

The best tag size for your dog depends on their size, breed, and your personal preference.
Size S (28mm ø x 51mm total height): Perfect for very small dogs, puppies, and cats. They’re less likely to interfere with their comfort.
Size L (35mm ø x 58mm total height): Ideal for medium to large dogs, fluffy breeds, or smaller dogs with big personalities (or just super long legs).
The total height measures from the top of the split ring to the bottom of the tag.
Both sizes are lightweight (~10 grams). We recommend selecting a size based on your dog’s height so the tag hangs comfortably from their collar without hindering their movement. Make sure the tag is positioned outside of your dog's reach to prevent chewing.
