How to measure for the perfect fit:

Measure your dog’s neck: Use a soft, flexible tape measure to measure the circumference of your dog’s neck where the collar will rest.

Allow for comfort and safety: For smaller breeds, leave a one-finger gap between the tape measure and your dog’s neck. For larger breeds, leave a two-finger gap to ensure a comfortable fit.

Order the correct size: Based on your measurement, select the collar size that fits your dog. If your dog’s neck measurement falls between two sizes, consider going up a size for added comfort.

How to personalise your tag
How to order:
- Colour: Choose the colour you’d like the initial to be on the front of the tag.

Front (text box 1): Enter the initial (A-Z) you want painted on the front.

Back (text box 2): Add your dog’s name, your phone number, and optionally your address (see examples below). Max 50 characters, including spaces.

Double-check your details: All standard and special characters are allowed (no emojis). All text is engraved in uppercase letters.

Add to basket: Once you’re happy, pop it in your basket and head to checkout.

Watch your inbox: You’ll get an order confirmation, and another when your tag is on its way!

In most Australian states, dogs must legally wear an ID tag with their name and the owner's address or phone number. But it's your tag - personalise it however you like within the character limit!
